Coastal Pet Rescue Announces CPR Teens Program Savannah, GA -- Teens who love pets now have an opportunity to help them and earn community service hours for school. This Saturday, September 10, Coastal Pet Rescue will hold its first orientation for the CPR Teens program. Interested teens should bring a parent or legal guardian with them to Southside Fire Department's Station 1 on White Bluff at 2 pm. "The program will allow the teens to see how one person can make a difference in the world around them," says Lisa Scarbrough, president and founder of Coastal Pet Rescue. The teens will work with adult volunteers of the organization in helping pets get adopted, organizing fundraisers, and even planning community events. Benefits of the CPR Teens program include spending time with animals in need, learning leadership and mentoring skills, meeting professionals in the pet care industry, making new friends, accumulating community service hours, and earning eligibility for college scholarships. For more information, contact Lisa Scarbrough at 912-351-4151 or visit the CPR Teens website at http://teens.coastalpetrescue.org. Welcome to CPR Teens!
